Your safety is of the utmost importance to Body Treats. To ensure your treatments can be carried out in a safe environment, the following processes have been adopted in addition to the high standard of health and safety procedures already in place by Body Treats.
Treatments at Cakebridge Road
- New clients will need to complete a consultation form online and email it to ainsley@body-treats.co.uk at least 24 hours before their treatment.
- New and existing clients should not attend an appointment if they feel unwell or have a positive lateral flow test or PCR.
- The therapist will take regular lateral flow tests and advise clients if their appointment needs to be rearranged due to a positive lateral flow test or PCR.
- Hand sanitiser will be available for clients to use on arrival and departure.
- Your therapist will wear a face mask. All equipment will be washed, disinfected or disposed of as appropriate after each client’s treatment.
- You are welcome to wear a face mask if you feel more comfortable.
- All hard surfaces the therapist or client may come in contact with during their treatment will be disinfected before each clients appointment, for example door handles, doors, light switches and products.
- Please visit the bathroom at your home before you attend your treatment. If you do need to use the facilities at 4 Cakebridge Road, then all hard surfaces in the bathroom including taps, toilet flush, light switch, door handle and soap dispenser will be disinfected before each appointment.
- All equipment will be disinfected before use.
- Treatment tables will be covered with clean couch covers and towels before each client and after each treatment, will be washed and sanitised and then stored in a closed cabinet.
- Please place your clothes, shoes and belongings in the plastic bag provided during the treatment. This will be disinfected after each use.
- Body Treats will be unable to provide glasses of water after treatments and recommends you bring your own bottle of water to aid with the removal of toxins.
Mobile treatments

- Once set up, the therapist will apply hand sanitiser before carrying out the treatment on the client.
- Your therapist will wear a face mask. All equipment will be washed, disinfected or disposed of as appropriate after each client’s treatment.
- You are welcome to wear a face mask if you feel more comfortable.
- All equipment used while mobile will have been disinfected before use.
- Treatment tables will be covered with clean couch covers and towels before each client and after each treatment, will be washed and sanitised and then stored in a closed cabinet.
