Choose from the following treatments with either a hot or cold drink while your feet are being pampered.

Pedicure

Relax with your feet soaking in Epsom Salts to soften the skin before they are exfoliated. Once dried, any dry callused areas will be worked on using a rasp. Your cuticles will be softened, pushed back and trimmed and your nails cut and filed. A soothing foot massage will help hydrate your skin and improve circulation.  Choose to either keep your nails bare or your choice of nail polish to finish the look.

Luxury pedicure

This truly relaxing treatment comes with the addition of a lower leg massage and heated booties.  After your cuticles have been softened, pushed back and trimmed and your nails cut and filed, your feet will be covered in cream, wrapped in cling film and placed in heated booties.  After 10 minutes, the booties will be removed and your lower legs and feet will be massaged before your choice of nail polish is applied.

A pedicure is particularly good for:

• Decreasing the chance of infection by clipping, cutting and cleaning your toe nails 
• Removing dead skin and encouraging the growth of new skin cells
• Aiding in relaxation
• Reducing dry, cracked skin on your feet, particularly the heels
• Improving circulation and reducing tension in your calves and feet

What you need to know before your treatment:

• You’ll need to complete a Consultation form so the treatment can be tailored to you and any medical conditions or health issues can be highlighted.  This will only take a few minutes. You can view a copy of this online to check if there are any areas you want to discuss beforehand.
• This treatment can be carried out fully clothed; with only the clothing on your lower legs needing to be rolled up or removed. 
• If you have a verruca, athletes foot or other infection on your feet, wait until it is cleared before you book your pedicure.
• If you decide to have your nails painted, the polish will be touch dry within 10 minutes, but you may need to wait a further 20 minutes to allow the polish to fully dry. 
• Bring a pair of flip flops with you to wear after.
